Youth minister speaking with two young people at sunrise
A new day, a new hope

You are seen.
You are loved.
You are not alone.

I'm Matt — a youth minister walking with young people through the hardest seasons of life. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it by yourself.

About

Just a guy who's been there.

I grew up in the same streets, fought the same battles, and asked the same questions you're asking. I know what it's like to feel invisible. To feel like nobody would understand. To wonder if anything will ever get better.

For the last twelve years, I've sat with teenagers and young adults on park benches, in coffee shops, at hospital beds, and on long late-night phone calls. No judgment. No script. Just honest conversation and a steady reminder that hope is real.

"Your story isn't over. The hardest chapter is not the final one."

How I help

Real conversations
for the hard stuff.

Nothing is too heavy, too embarrassing, or too far gone. These are the things we talk about — without flinching.

Healing from abuse

A safe, confidential space to be heard. We'll connect you with the right people to walk the road of healing — at your pace, on your terms.

Breaking addiction

Whether it's substances, screens, or something nobody knows about — there is freedom on the other side of honest help. I'll meet you where you are.

Walking through depression

Some days the weight feels impossible. You don't have to perform or pretend. Let's talk honestly about what's real and find light together.

When the thoughts get dark

If you're having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please reach out — to me, to a hotline, to anyone. Your life is worth fighting for, and we'll fight together.

"He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds."

Psalm 147:3

If you need help right now

You don't have to wait.

These lines are free, confidential, and answered 24/7 by people trained to listen. Please reach out — and reach out to me too.

Reach out

Whatever it is,
let's talk about it.

No appointment needed. No pressure. Just send a message — I read everything and reply personally. What you share stays between us.
